The donkey of the Pyrenees : a duty of memory
Beyond the debate that animates the microcosm about the asinine race, it makes me think about the grandpas and grandmas who, with passing exhibitions and unexpected encounters, talked to me with emotion about that big black donkey, they used to work with and « used to be found everywhere ».
Fate has placed the Pyrenean donkey on my way. I’ve decided to give my own ideas about improving the status of this race.
 
To my mind, a race is born by the common will of a group of men. The Pyrenean donkey has almost disappeared. Now, people are starting to talk about it again. The heritage is passed on. It’s now up to us to make it last in a different context with the respect due to any heritage confided but without the slightest nostalgia. Therefore, I am ambitious, but often also humble and realistic facing the donkeys of the XXIst century.
Did you know that the composition of She-ass milk is the closest to breast milk? The nature of the proteins and sugars is similar. She-ass milk is source of precious vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E), minerals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, zinc). It contains bio-stimulines (immunoglobulins) and alkylglycerols that intervene in the immune defence system.

She-ass milk easily digested, is suitable for infants in particular those who are allergic against cow milk.

I’ve adapted the valuable properties of She-ass milk, known since the Antiquity (yes, since Cleopatra), to the demands of our modern society. Therefore, several years of reflection and two years of unrelenting work with a soap craftsman as well as a cosmetic laboratory have been necessary to finalize some formulations incorporating an unequalled concentration of she-ass milk into an innovative product line of soaps and cosmetics. Selectively, all my partners are based in the south-west of France ( Lot-et-Garonne, Gers, Ariège).
